A&S Wholesalers was formed in 2001 as a large scale wholesaling and distribution organization offering wide range of consumer electronics and related services, prior to which it was known simply as A&S, which started in 1975.

A&S holdings together with its distribution, technology, and service companies, A&S Wholesalers and Ash Media, operate and drive consumer electronics distribution, corporate service, digital media, and software management for public and LFD solutions, Corporate Integration, Information FIDS, Hotel and Airport Solutions , and Turnkey Solutions where

A&S Wholesalers being the flagship company, has become part of a group with diversified service and product offering, with a focus on becoming the largest independent distributor of consumer electronics in South Africa. With this new focus and gearing up towards servicing the needs of the market, A&S Wholesalers has embarked on up scaling the entity to cater for more corporate vendor partnerships, government support and tender submissions, as well as online marketing and sales direct to the public as well as insurance vendor partnerships.

With the large stock holding, and direct buying capabilities from ALL manufacturers, A&S Wholesalers prides itself on the ability to award the consumer the most cost effective and competitive pricing possible, and with guarantees and/or warranties serviced directly by the manufacturer, the consumer can rest easy of excellent pricing without compromising on after sales service.

With ability to purchase directly from all manufacturers such as Sony, Samsung LG, Defy, Bosch, SMEG, Siemens and Canon, to mention just a few, are we able to ensure our customers get only the best solutions and are supported throughout and beyond.

Boasting an annual turnover of over R 100 Million, A&S Wholesalers has built up strong and formidable partnerships with suppliers and customers alike.

Distributor Status

 
Sony South Africa has recently reduced the number of distributors for their car audio division, of which A&S Wholesalers ranked Number 1, making A&S Wholesalers the preferred Sony Car Audio distributor for South Africa.

 
A&S Wholesalers is the SOLE distributor for Audiobank Car Audio products in South Africa.

A&S Wholesalers, as stated, is a wholesale/distributor and thus distributes all brands and products as per Standard Trade Agreements with all other suppliers
